121 Workwear Dellivery & Returns Policy 

Their customer service team always want you to be happy with your order and that includes their delivery service. That's why they offer free delivery on all orders over £150! If your order comes to less, Standard delivery costs £7.25. They also offer a 48 hour delivery service for £10.75 (plus 3.50 for any extra embroidered garment).  

Any plain garments ordered will arrive within just 3-4 working days as long as they are in stock. Personalised items however, can take between 7-10 working days to arrive. 

If you have ordered an embroidered item and your garment arrives incorrect, you can contact the customer service team and return it for a full refund.
