Vote for Bristol Refugee Lives and Support Those Seeking Asylum for a Better Future
Who Are Bristol Refugee Rights?
Bristol Refugee Rights exists to support asylum seekers, refugees and people with insecure immigration status. Service users usually join BRR shortly after arriving in Bristol, often at a time of great challenge, whether as an asylum seeker or a new refugee starting out in a new city. Some people visit regularly whilst others only when they need something. Many face years of difficulty and complex problems as Home Office decisions affect access to support and accommodation and their mental health and resilience. BRR is a service delivery organisation but also works to achieve systemic change.
What Does Bristol Refugee Rights Do?
We offer our service users holistic support, advice, community and compassion through our various projects such as Pride Without Borders, Early Years, and Project CLEAR.
What is the Mission of Bristol Refugee Rights?
Here at Bristol Refugee Rights, we envision a society where refugees, asylum seekers and migrants are welcomed, feel safe, live free of poverty and are able to positively build their lives. A society where everyone’s rights and entitlements are respected. A society that prioritises care, compassion and support for the most vulnerable.
