iPhone 7 Lightning Headphones Glitch
Much controversy surrounded the introduction of the new headphones that Apple introduced. It seems as though they may have shot themselves in the foot as reports are received for a glitch.
Apple were always going to be under scrutiny with the latest emergence especially as they revealed that they would no longer provide a headphone port. We reported on the changes they made and how many of them were a lot more impressive than what met the eye. But with so much attention generated about the headphones it’s just typical that there have now been reports of a glitch.
What Glitch is Occurring?
The Verge reports on some of the problems that people have been finding with their new phone. The phone has a problematic bug that has been spotted just days after the official launch. It interferes with the headphone controls, after 3-5 minutes of using the new concept of the lightning headphone port it just crashes the controls. It makes it impossible to use your headphone buttons and you’ll be unable to turn them up or down or change music. It can also shutoff voicecalls and music playback. This inconvenient situation has left many fans angered and it has triggered a response from the tech giants.
How to Solve this Problem
There’s not much you can do but wait for Apple. Their response told us that they would be soon fixing this bug. At least they are now aware and hopefully it wont be long until iPhone 7 users can use their headphones to full effect. For a temporary measure you can unplug you EarPods and then plug them back in.
