Yes! If you’d prefer to collect your parcel at a time convenient for you or you won’t be in for a delivery slot, you can book your order for click and collect instead. 5. What is the PLT Returns Policy? Can You Return Pretty Little Thing Without Tags?
For all UK orders, returns are free and we suggest getting proof of postage for if your package gets lost in the post on the way back to PLT headquarters. For clothing items, you can send them back as long as they are unworn and unwashed and swimwear and underwear must still have the hygiene seal. If you have ordered jewellery, beauty or accessories, these can’t be returned for hygiene reasons and shoes must only be worn indoors to be sent back. For all items, all tags must still be attached and items should all be returned in the original packaging.
6. How Many Days Do You Have to Return PLT?
If you change your mind on any items you have ordered, just place them back in the original packaging they were sent in. You then have 28 days from the day you receive them, to return them. This is the same for international orders, you can return within 28 days of receiving your parcel.
