Is anyone else a little bit shocked that we’re in September already? It’s a cliché but 2020 really has gone by in a blur. A new month brings with it a new charity poll, and today we’re bringing you four brand new charities competing for your votes. If you’re new to how we do things here at My Favourite Voucher Codes, our charity poll is super simple. Every month, we feature four charities in our line-up, and our users can vote for their favourite, completely free.

It’s been a strange year for everyone, not in the least for those who have finished school and are now preparing for university. It would be a lot to deal with under ‘normal’ circumstances, and now there are so many question marks about what is going to happen and when university campuses can open up again. But study will continue in whatever form is deemed safest, and that means having to start buying all your uni essentials.
Who’d have thought we’d be entering July so soon? This year has certainly gone by in a blur - albeit not the way we were expecting! However, with more of the lockdown being lifted this weekend, hopefully we can start to enjoy the summer.
There’s no denying that this Father’s Day this year is likely to be a little different to others. For some of us, we may get the chance for a socially distanced visit (provided the weather holds up), but for others, it looks like it’ll be another Facetime or family Zoom quiz. Just because we may not be able to properly celebrate father’s day with our dads, it doesn’t mean that we can’t give them something special.
There is always something around the house that could do with sorting. A shelf that still has not gone up. A cupboard door that has started to sag. A patch of wall that needs filling before you can even think about painting it. The trouble is, a lot of these jobs get put off not because they are especially difficult, but because you realise halfway through that you do not actually have the right kit. That is where Argos can be useful.
With the current lockdown situation still going on, a lot of us are looking at investing in some brand new tech to make things a bit easier. Whether it’s a brand new telly to binge those box sets or a games console because the kids are driving you insane, sales of online gadgets and tech have recently increased. But where can you get the best value for your money?
Let’s face it, this Easter bank holiday isn’t quite what we were expecting. With the UK likely to stay under lockdown for a little longer yet, many of us will be feeling a little lost without those usual family gatherings we often enjoy at Easter. However, staying home is the way forward right now, and probably will be for a bit longer. So no matter how tempting it is to pop and see a loved one this weekend, resist the urge and stay home.
There’s some scary stuff happening in the world right now, and while we don’t want to dwell on it too much, it’s pretty hard to ignore what’s happening in the news. However, here at My Favourite Voucher Codes we’re business as usual - albeit working from home instead of our usual HQ - and we want to hopefully bring a smile to your face during these rubbish times.
It seems like only yesterday we launched our charity poll for February, and here we are announcing the winner! A huge congratulations to Youth Action Wiltshire, who came in first place with 51% of the votes! We’ll announce in June how much we’ll be donating to this fantastic cause, so make sure to stay tuned!
Keeping on top of your health can be hard work. If it’s not making time for the gym, it’s going to the right shops to buy the right ingredients to make the right meals. But is there another way that doesn’t involve doing it all yourself? Unfortunately, not when it comes to exercise. But this isn’t the case with nutrition. Making everything from scratch is the goal, but modern lifestyles don’t always leave us enough time. However, Swisse Me can help.
