Caudwell Children
Caudwell Children is a charitable organisation that helps disabled children and their families to achieve a better quality of life. The aims of this charity are to provide support, essential equipment, therapies and treatment to those who need it, with much of their work being done for families living on the margins of poverty to greatly decrease the social exclusion experienced by these individuals. Caudwell Children runs their successful Enable Sport programme to encourage talented disabled athletes, as well as Destination Dreams, an initiative to find holidays for children fighting life-threatening conditions. As a national charity, this organisation has so far helped 770,000 families up and down the UK whilst promoting the core Caudwell Children goals of social inclusivity and diversity. To ensure this helps gets to those who need it most, Caudwell Children focuses on families with a combined household income of £45,000 or less.
