Customers Outraged as T-Mobile Tuesdays Don’t Go To Plan

T-Mobile Tuesday was launched in June and it has already seen disgruntled customers react with bemusement.

The idea behind it, is to reward customers with coupons, prizes and freebies on a Tuesday. The problem is, that most of the time there have been hiccups or little reward at all. Their technology had problems and on the few occasions they have showcased a worthy prize they have been met with problems.

What Problems Have T-Mobile Faced?

In the week’s launch most customers were unable to access the coupons due to the large traffic. Teething problems are expected but it seems that the coverage provider is still having these types of problems. One of the most worthy prizes for customers was met with demand, one that couldn’t be fulfilled. Domino Pizza coupons were issued and unfortunately the amount of consumers that wished to cash in on the offer exceeding the amount that were catered for- again leaving T-Mobile customers less than happy. It then continued to have more connection issues, logging people out of their accounts and making the whole concept unusable. Has it been a waste of time? So far, it most definitely seems that way.

Customers Left Unhappy

Many of the unhappy users took to Twitter leaving their angry tweets in the face of T-Mobile. Some even compared the deals to when you get in the mail when you move. Others even vowed to stop using the service as it is no longer worth checking the Tuesday deals. With that said, T-Mobile did their own research and they conducted math that showed only 6% of their customers checked out this new app. Whilst they admit the app isn’t the thanks they deserve, they also stated that no more than 6% of their customers can be unhappy about T-Mobile Tuesdays.

How You Should Use Vouchers

Whilst other businesses try their hand at coupons and digital vouchers, it might be best to stick to company’s that specialise in that field.
