Vote for Bike the UK For MS This April and Help Support the 130,000 People Living With MS in the UK
Bike the UK For MS is addressing the current challenges of those affected by Multiple Sclerosis and funding research for a cure. There are an estimated 2.5 million people living with MS worldwide and over 130,000 in the UK. With 90% of MS patients experiencing mobility impairment, the charity’s financial assistance to local MS groups across the country has never been more important.
Your support through this month’s charity poll will go a long way towards helping fund treatment and mobility grants to reduce symptoms and maintain independence for those that need it most. Not only that, you’ll be helping to fund invaluable research to one day stop MS.
What Does Bike the UK For MS Do?
Bike the UK for MS runs cross country bicycle trips with participants from all over the world uniting with a common purpose: to raise funds and awareness for multiple sclerosis research, volunteer their time, and make a positive impact on the lives of those living with MS. Their events range from two week adventures, from Land’s End to John O’Groats (End to End), to three day weekend rides from Whitehaven to Tynemouth (Sea to Sea).
With events open to all abilities, what better way to travel the country, enjoy what the UK has to offer and do it all for a great cause?
