Harmony Voucher Codes for October 2026

Harmony sells sex toys, lingerie, bondage products and sexual-wellness essentials, with ranges covering vibrators, dildos, male toys, couples' products, lubricants, condoms, massage products and accessories. Prices vary from low-cost essentials to premium LELO and We-Vibe products costing well over £100, which means the value of a Harmony discount code changes significantly with the basket. Harmony also maintains sale and special-offer sections, so compare a voucher against any price reduction already attached to the product rather than assuming the checkout code will always win.

Harmony discount codes, first-order savings and spend thresholds compared

Harmony currently advertises several ways to reduce a qualifying full-price basket, including 15% off a first order after email signup, 20% off selected Fleshlight products, 10% off when spending over £50 and £30 off when spending over £150. That makes comparison important. On a £60 full-price basket, a 20% reduction would be worth £12, compared with £6 from a 10% saving. On a £160 qualifying basket, 20% would be worth £32, slightly more than the retailer's £30-off-£150 promotion. The actual terms attached to your basket still decide which Harmony promo code or promotion can be used.

Can you stack Harmony discount codes?

No. Harmony says only one discount or voucher code can be used per purchase. Its FAQ also says discount codes cannot be used on sale items. If an item is already reduced, compare that sale price with the saving from an eligible Harmony promo code rather than expecting both reductions to apply together.

Gift cards are different. Harmony says its e-gift cards can be used on sale and discounted products and alongside promotions. You cannot use a voucher code to reduce the price of buying the gift card itself.

Check the £50 delivery threshold before changing your Harmony basket

Harmony currently offers free standard UK delivery when an order is over £50. Orders below £50 cost £4.99, while Click & Collect is free. That threshold can affect whether a Harmony discount code genuinely leaves you better off, particularly if your original basket is only just above £50.

• Over £50: standard UK delivery is currently free.
• Under £50: standard delivery currently costs £4.99.
• Click & Collect: currently free.
• Partial returns: this is where the £50 threshold becomes particularly important.

The return-cost catch: Harmony's returns policy says that if you return part of an order and the value of the products you keep drops below the £50 free-delivery threshold, £4.99 can be deducted from your refund.

For example, ordering £60 of products may qualify for free standard delivery. If you later return £20 of that order and keep £40, the delivery threshold may no longer be met. This is why the useful saving is the final cost of the products you keep, not simply the discount shown on the original basket.

Discreet delivery is part of the Harmony buying decision

For this retailer, privacy is a practical purchase consideration rather than marketing detail. Harmony states that online orders are sent in plain, discreet packaging and that card or bank-statement payments appear as HS Trading. Standard UK orders are sent using tracked Royal Mail services, while eligible London postcodes can also choose faster delivery. If discretion matters more than speed, compare the delivery method as well as the Harmony voucher codes available for the basket.

Check the product before breaking a hygiene seal

Returns need more attention at Harmony than they do at many ordinary retailers because intimate products can become non-returnable once opened. A Harmony voucher code is not much of a saving if the wrong product can no longer be returned.

• Sex toys, bondage products and games: unwanted items generally need to remain unopened.
• Lingerie and clothing: keep items unworn, unwashed and with the original labels attached.
• Wigs: opening restrictions also apply.
• Before opening: check dimensions, materials, features and compatibility carefully.

Harmony currently provides free UK returns for eligible online purchases within 30 days, but its hygiene conditions still determine whether an unwanted item qualifies. Check the current returns policy before opening anything you are uncertain about.

A current Harmony basket: when 20% beats the other published routes

When I checked current prices, Harmony listed the LELO Sila Sonic Clitoral Massager at £159.99. Lovehoney was listing the same LELO Sila at £159.99 at the same check, so there was no obvious base-price advantage either way. If Harmony's supplied 20% offer applies to that full-price product, the product total would fall by £32 to about £127.99, with the supplied free-delivery benefit also relevant. By comparison, Harmony's own £30-off-£150 promotion would reduce the same £159.99 starting price to £129.99. That makes the 20% route about £2 better before considering any product-specific exclusions.

This comparison is deliberately based on a like-for-like product and current prices. It does not prove Harmony will always be cheaper than another retailer, because sale prices and eligibility can change. The same principle applies whenever you compare a Harmony discount code with another retailer: compare the identical product and final delivered price rather than the headline percentage.

Student, NHS and first-order Harmony discounts

Harmony does not currently advertise a separate student discount on its own discount or FAQ pages. I also could not verify a dedicated NHS or Blue Light discount from Harmony itself. That does not mean these customers cannot use one of the general Harmony discount codes listed on this page; eligibility depends on the terms attached to the individual offer.

There is a confirmed saving for new customers. Harmony currently advertises 15% off a first order after email signup. Before using it, compare the final price with the other promotions available for your basket, particularly if a larger percentage saving is currently listed. Existing customers who cannot use the first-order offer can still check the general Harmony voucher codes, sale prices and spend-based promotions available at the time.

Why a Harmony promo code may not work at checkout

• The item is already on sale: Harmony's FAQ says discount codes cannot be used on sale items.
• Another voucher is already applied: the retailer's terms allow only one discount or voucher code per purchase.
• The basket misses a threshold: some Harmony promo codes require £50 or £150 spend.
• The offer is category-specific: Harmony currently publishes promotions that apply only to ranges such as Fleshlight products.
• The offer is customer-specific: the 15% email promotion is for a first order.

If a Harmony voucher code fails, compare the current sale price, first-order offer or another suitable live promotion rather than adding unwanted products just to force the code to qualify.

How to use a Harmony discount code

1. Add the products you actually intend to buy.
2. Check whether any product is already reduced, because sale items may not accept an additional discount.
3. Review the basket value and the £50 free-delivery threshold.
4. Enter your Harmony discount code in the shopping-cart promotion field.
5. Confirm the new total and delivery charge before completing payment.

Harmony gift cards can work differently from voucher codes

Harmony sells online e-gift cards from £10 to £1,000. They do not expire, can be used on sale and discounted products and, according to Harmony, can be used alongside promotions. You cannot, however, use a Harmony promo code to reduce the purchase price of the gift card itself. This distinction is useful if you already hold a gift card: redeeming stored gift-card value is not the same as stacking two Harmony voucher codes.

What Harmony customers say

Harmony currently has a Trustpilot score of 4.1/5 from 1,480 reviews. Recent verified reviews include praise for quick delivery, while individual lower-rated reviews mention product or replacement problems. Those comments are customer experiences rather than proof of a general service standard. For a shopper, the more useful takeaway is to check the product specification, keep hygiene seals intact until you are satisfied, and retain tracking and order information if a return is needed.

How we check Harmony voucher codes and final-price conditions

For Harmony, checking a promotion means looking beyond whether a code exists. We check the discount, minimum spend, whether the item is full price or on sale, whether another promotion is already applied and whether delivery changes the final amount. The £50 delivery threshold and hygiene-return rules are particularly important because they can change the value of a Harmony discount code after the original checkout.
