• Standard parcel delivery is £5.95 and takes 2 to 3 working days.

• Express delivery is £7.50 and your parcel will be delivered the next working day, provided you order by 3pm. You can also choose next day delivery before 12pm, which costs £10.95.

• Larger and bulky items take 3 to 5 days and are charged at £20.

• Click & Collect is available for those who live locally to the Instruments4Music main warehouse in Essex and is free of charge. You can usually collect it within 2 hours of placing your order.

The cost for delivery is calculated at the checkout and defaults to the cheapest option.

Hassle Free Returns

If for any reason you’re unhappy with your purchase, Instruments4Music offer a 30 days returns policy. You can return items for a refund or exchange provided that they are unused and in the original condition. Just complete the returns form, which you can download from their website.
