Reliant Voucher Codes for October 2026

What Can a Reliant Promo Code Actually Save?

Our current leading Reliant promo code is TCL10, which gives 10% off selected TCL TVs. To put that into context, we checked qualifying models being advertised by Reliant on 7 October 2026.

The difference becomes more noticeable on higher-value purchases. The same 10% Reliant voucher code is worth £99.90 against the £999 television and £149.90 against the £1,499 model, so looking at the saving in pounds can be more useful than simply comparing percentage figures.

These calculations use the prices and TCL10 promotion Reliant was displaying when we checked. Product prices and voucher eligibility can change, so make sure the expected reduction appears in your basket before paying.

Can TCL10 Work on an Already Reduced TV?

One current listing raises a more interesting question. Reliant was showing the TCL 75A400M-UK 75" TV at £1,199, reduced from £1,299, while TCL10 was also displayed against the product.

If the extra 10% is accepted against the £1,199 sale price, it would remove another £119.90 and bring the TV down to £1,079.10. That would be £219.90 below the displayed £1,299 previous price.

We could not confirm that combined price at checkout, so do not rely on £1,079.10 until the code has been applied successfully in the basket. The useful point is that some reduced products may also display a Reliant promo code, making it worth checking rather than assuming sale items are automatically excluded.

A Cheap Appliance Can Cost More Once Services Are Added

TVs are only part of Reliant's range. The retailer also sells washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, fridges, freezers and cooking appliances, where delivery, installation and disposal can make a noticeable difference to what you finally pay.

For example, when we checked on 7 October 2026, Reliant listed the HYE 8kg W0108SL14W22 slimline washing machine at £199, reduced from £299. That is already a £100 reduction before considering a Reliant voucher code.

Reliant currently charges £15 to unpack the appliance and remove its packaging, £35 to take away an old appliance and £40 for connection and setup where the service is available.

The optional services add £90. In this example that is almost as much as the £100 reduction already applied to the washing machine, which shows why comparing appliance prices alone does not always reveal the true cost.

Check That Reliant Can Install or Remove Your Appliance

The £40 connection service is not available for every appliance. Reliant excludes fridges, freezers and integrated appliances, and says the required power outlet and any water connection must be within one metre of the installation point. Some postcode areas are also excluded.

If you are paying £35 for old-appliance disposal, the item needs to be ready when the delivery team arrives. Washing machines and dishwashers should be disconnected from the water supply and drained, while a fridge or freezer needs to be unplugged, emptied and fully defrosted.

The collection must also be broadly like-for-like. For example, Reliant says it cannot deliver a small under-counter fridge and remove an American-style fridge freezer as part of the same disposal service.

These details are worth checking before ordering. Paying for installation or removal is of little use if the appliance, connections or old item do not meet the service conditions.

Sale, Clearance or Voucher: Which Should You Check First?

Reliant regularly has products with prices already reduced, as well as clearance stock across categories including televisions, laundry, refrigeration and cooking. A Reliant promo code therefore should not automatically be treated as the cheapest route.

The examples above show why. Ten per cent off the £999 TCL TV is worth £99.90, while the HYE washing machine was already £100 below its displayed £299 previous price at £199 when we checked. Different products can therefore favour different ways of saving.

If a discounted product also displays a code, add it to the basket and see whether the extra reduction is accepted. Reliant states that two voucher codes cannot be combined, but that is different from applying a code to a product that already has a reduced selling price.

Clearance can also be worth checking when the exact model is less important to you. A larger percentage voucher does not help if another suitable TV, washing machine, dishwasher or fridge freezer is already substantially cheaper without one.

Reliant's Price Match Has Some Important Limits

Another option is Reliant's price-match scheme. This can be useful if you have found the same electrical product cheaper elsewhere, but it is not an unrestricted lowest-price promise.

The competing item must be brand new, boxed, in stock and like-for-like for specification, colour and condition. The other seller must also be a main authorised UK reseller. Reliant currently restricts the scheme to 2026 models and limits each matched model to one per customer or household.

There is another significant exclusion for anyone buying audio equipment: Reliant says soundbars and speakers are not covered by its price-match guarantee.

For a television or large appliance, compare the exact model number rather than the product description alone. A similar-looking Samsung, LG, TCL, Bosch or Hotpoint product is not necessarily a like-for-like match.

Check the Delivery Route Before You Order

Reliant currently says standard delivery normally takes two to four working days. Selected next-day or nominated-day deliveries cost £9.99 and Saturday delivery costs £19.98. At the time of our check, next-day and nominated-day delivery on TVs was being offered free.

Where you live can make a much bigger difference. Reliant currently lists delivery surcharges of £49.99 for the Scottish Highlands and £89.99 for UK islands. Orders with a combined weight above 135kg can also carry a £29.99 heavy-item surcharge.

For most mainland orders these charges may not apply, but they are worth checking before judging the value of a Reliant discount code. A modest voucher saving can quickly be outweighed by a remote-area delivery charge.

Measure Doorways and Hallways, Not Just the Space for the Appliance

Reliant specifically asks customers buying larger products to check the packaged dimensions, not just the size of the unpacked TV or appliance. The box needs to fit through the relevant doors, hallways and other access points on the route to the room.

This matters particularly with American-style fridge freezers, large-screen TVs and other bulky appliances. Large products can be delivered to a room of your choice where there is safe and reasonable access, but Reliant says that properties without a lift are limited to delivery up to three floors, subject to safe stair access.

It is worth doing this check before ordering rather than discovering the problem when the delivery vehicle arrives. Reliant states that if a scheduled delivery cannot be completed because nobody is available and a new delivery has to be arranged, the charge can range from £30 to £200 depending on the product size and delivery location.

Reliant Returns: Be More Careful Once an Appliance Has Been Used

Reliant gives online and telephone customers a 14-day cancellation period for non-faulty purchases and also advertises an extended return period of up to 100 days where the product remains unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

The position can change once a television or appliance has been installed or used. Reliant says a partial refund of up to 50% of the purchase amount may apply depending on the condition of the product and how long it has been owned.

That makes the returns policy particularly relevant for larger purchases. Keeping the box and packaging until you are sure the product is suitable can make more sense than treating the 100-day period as an unrestricted try-at-home guarantee.

Customers are also responsible for returning non-faulty items, which is more significant with a washing machine, fridge freezer or large television than with a small parcel.

Student and Other Customer Discounts

Reliant currently has a presence on Student Beans, so students should check the live offer there before buying. We have not quoted a fixed student discount because the current saving should be checked at the point you intend to use it.

We have not found enough current first-party evidence to publish fixed NHS, Blue Light or new-customer discount percentages. If one of these customer-specific offers is available when you shop, compare the actual saving with any public Reliant discount code that applies to the same product rather than assuming one route is automatically better.

What Do Reliant Customers Say?

Reliant has a substantial number of customer reviews on Trustpilot, covering areas such as delivery, ordering, product condition and customer service. As with most large retailers, experiences vary, so recent reviews about the type of purchase you are making are more useful than relying only on the headline rating.

You can see the latest Reliant reviews on Trustpilot before placing a high-value order.

How to Use a Reliant Voucher Code

1. Add the qualifying television, appliance or other product to your basket.
2. Check that the Reliant voucher code applies to the exact model you have chosen.
3. Enter the code in the voucher or discount field during checkout.
4. Apply it and make sure the expected reduction appears before paying.

If the code is rejected, check the qualifying products and expiry conditions first. Reliant discount codes can apply only to selected items, and Reliant does not allow two voucher codes to be combined on the same purchase.

Reliant Discount Code FAQs

Can I Use Two Reliant Discount Codes Together?

No. Reliant states that two voucher codes cannot be redeemed together. If more than one code applies to your product, use the one that leaves you paying less.

Does Reliant Offer Free Delivery?

Free standard delivery is available on products, with Reliant currently also advertising free next-day and nominated-day delivery on TVs. Remote-area and heavy-item surcharges can still apply, so enter your postcode and check the final delivery cost before ordering.

Can I Return a Reliant Appliance After It Has Been Used?

Potentially, but the refund may be reduced. Reliant states that used or installed goods can receive a partial refund of up to 50% depending on their condition and the time elapsed. Its extended 100-day return provision is most straightforward where the product remains unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
