20% off Secret Sales Voucher Codes for October 2026

How to Save at Secret Sales

Secret Sales sells designer and branded products at outlet prices, with further discounts on selected watches, fragrance, beauty and other categories. It also has app-only offers, free-delivery promotions and eligibility-based discounts for certain customers.

Because the website is a marketplace, products from different sellers can have different delivery dates, stock availability and selling prices. An advertised 60% reduction is measured against a reference price; it does not establish that the item is cheaper than the same product elsewhere.

When using a Secret Sales promo code, compare the actual selling price with other retailers and confirm that the extra reduction appears in the order summary. The retailer's existing sale price and any additional voucher saving are separate figures.

Secret Sales Designer Clothing, Trainers and Footwear Deals

Secret Sales stocks men's and women's fashion, including dresses, coats, knitwear, jeans, trainers, boots and sportswear. Its changing range includes brands such as Nike, Adidas, Lacoste, PUMA, Dune London, Hugo Boss and Berghaus.

The retailer's September 2026 product selection provides three useful examples of how different outlet purchases compare.

Prices taken from Secret Sales' September 2026 product feature and matching watch listing, checked in October 2026. These are dated examples, not a guarantee of current stock or checkout prices. The comparisons do not include any additional voucher reductions.

PUMA Trainers and Other Everyday Footwear

At a published £29.99, the PUMA Smash v2 is a more modest purchase than many of the designer trainers available through Secret Sales. It is a low-top style intended for casual wear rather than specialist running or training.

Product: PUMA Smash v2 White Trainers at Secret Sales. Check current size availability and price.

For footwear, check the UK size conversion before ordering. Designer and international brands can use different sizing systems, and returning a discounted pair because the size is wrong may introduce an additional charge.

Lacoste Knitwear, Dune Boots and Jackets

Secret Sales featured a grey Lacoste quarter-zip jumper at £79 against an advertised £135 reference price. The £56 difference is substantial, but it is still worth checking the fabric composition, fit and equivalent selling prices elsewhere.

The retailer also featured Dune Temmings leather knee-high boots and a Berghaus Vaskye puffer jacket. These are very different purchases: boots need the right calf fit and heel height, while a technical jacket should be assessed by its insulation, sizing and intended weather conditions.

For example, the Vaskye jacket uses Hydroloft Polyball insulation, making its construction more relevant than simply comparing it with an inexpensive fashion puffer. See the retailer's published product selection for the original examples.

Secret Sales Watch Discounts

Your current tested offers include an extra reduction on selected watches. Secret Sales stocks brands including Gucci, Emporio Armani and Burberry, alongside more affordable watch labels.

One identifiable example is the Gucci G-Timeless YA126461. Secret Sales advertised it at £466 against a £750 reference price. The model has a 38mm stainless-steel case, gold-coloured dial, quartz movement and bracelet.

At that advertised selling price, a further 20% reduction would represent £93.20 and bring the watch to £372.80 before delivery. That is a mathematical illustration, not a confirmed voucher price for this particular watch. The selected-watch offer must apply to the product before this total can be achieved.

For an expensive watch, check the model number and specifications rather than relying on the discount percentage. The YA126461 model should not be confused with other Gucci G-Timeless variants sold by different marketplace partners.

Secret Sales also excludes watches altered by removing bracelet links from ordinary change-of-mind returns. Check the case and bracelet measurements before making permanent adjustments.

See the Gucci G-Timeless YA126461 listing for the product specification and current availability.

Secret Sales Perfume, Fragrance and Beauty Offers

Secret Sales sells fragrances, aftershaves, skincare and beauty gift sets. Your merchant-supplied offers include a further 15% reduction alongside advertised beauty and fragrance sale prices on eligible orders.

A further 15% off a qualifying £40 fragrance would save £6, leaving £34 before delivery. That's an example of how the offer works, not a price assigned to any particular perfume.

When comparing fragrance, check the bottle size and concentration. A smaller eau de parfum and a larger eau de toilette may have different prices for good reasons. The volume and actual product are more useful comparisons than the headline percentage alone.

Secret Sales excludes opened or unsealed fragrance and some beauty products from ordinary change-of-mind returns. If you're buying an unfamiliar scent, this matters more than it would when replacing a perfume you already know.

Secret Sales Free Delivery and Discount Savings

Secret Sales' dedicated delivery page currently advertises standard UK delivery at £2.99 per order. Your available free-delivery offer therefore saves £2.99 on an eligible purchase that would otherwise incur that charge.

On a £20 order, 10% off saves £2, so free delivery is worth 99p more. On a £50 eligible order, 10% saves £5, making the percentage reduction the better choice.

The break-even point is £29.90. Below that product value, waiving £2.99 postage saves more than 10%; above it, a qualifying 10% voucher saves more. This assumes the two offers are alternatives and ordinary delivery would otherwise be payable.

Secret Sales charges one standard delivery fee per order even when items come from different marketplace sellers and arrive in separate parcels. Standard delivery generally takes three to five days, although some products have shorter or longer estimated delivery periods.

Check the individual product's delivery estimate and the current delivery policy before ordering.

Secret Sales Student, NHS, Blue Light and New Customer Discounts

Secret Sales offers verification-based promotions for students and graduates through Student Beans. NHS staff, teachers, emergency-service workers and certain other eligible groups can access offers through dedicated verification routes, including GoCertify.

There are also published routes for eligible over-55s and disabled customers. Available percentages and restrictions can differ between schemes and may distinguish new customers from existing shoppers.

We have not established one permanent discount percentage that applies to every group. Check the current verified offer before buying, especially if a product already has a separate category-specific reduction.

Secret Sales App, Sale, Newsletter and Unlimited Membership

The Secret Sales app offers a separate way to shop its outlet range. The retailer introduced an iPhone app in October 2026, and your current working vouchers include an app-only discount. An offer restricted to the app should not be assumed to work through the normal website.

Secret Sales also sends promotional emails covering sales and newly discounted products. A permanent newsletter sign-up percentage has not been independently confirmed, so check the actual welcome offer rather than relying on an assumed reduction. There is no verified general loyalty-points programme.

Is Secret Sales Unlimited Membership Worth It?

Secret Sales Unlimited currently costs £12.99 for 12 months. It includes standard UK delivery on eligible orders, with no minimum spend, and extends qualifying returns to 60 days. Membership renews automatically unless auto-renewal is switched off.

At the current £2.99 delivery fee, five separate deliveries would ordinarily cost £14.95. Unlimited would cost £1.96 less over those five orders, provided they qualify for its free-delivery benefit and you would otherwise have paid standard postage each time.

That makes membership more relevant for regular customers than someone placing a single order. The price of Unlimited itself cannot be reduced using ordinary promotional codes.

How to Use a Secret Sales Discount Code

1. Choose a current Secret Sales voucher code from the offers listed above.
2. Visit Secret Sales and select an eligible item in the required size or colour.
3. Add the product to your shopping bag and proceed towards checkout.
4. Find the promotion-code field, enter the code and apply it.
5. Confirm that the discount appears in the order summary and check the final amount, including delivery, before paying.

Some offers apply only to specific categories, brands or the mobile app. If a Secret Sales discount code does not change the total, check the individual offer conditions rather than assuming it applies to every item.

The codes displayed through My Favourite Voucher Codes are merchant-supplied and tested. The eligibility of a particular product or combination is still determined by the offer's conditions.

Secret Sales Returns and Refunds

Secret Sales' current main returns policy gives customers 30 days from purchase to return qualifying unwanted goods. The standard returns charge is £4 per order. Unlimited members receive an extended 60-day period for eligible orders.

Some older official help pages still display 60 days or a £3.50 charge for general returns. The current main policy and returns-fee page support 30 days and £4, but the terms for your particular order should be checked in the returns portal.

Returning Items from Different Sellers

If you order footwear from one seller and a fragrance from another, the goods may arrive in separate parcels and need returning to different addresses.

Do not combine items intended for different sellers into one return parcel. Secret Sales says customers should use the returns portal to obtain the correct labels and contact customer services when returning to several sellers so that only one standard return fee applies to the order.

Items normally need to be unused and returned with their tags and original packaging. Certain hygiene-sensitive goods, opened fragrance and altered watches are excluded from ordinary change-of-mind returns. These conditions do not override statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.

Refund processing can take up to ten days after items reach the relevant warehouse, with additional time for the payment to appear in the customer's account.

For full details, read the Secret Sales returns policy and multi-seller return instructions.

Secret Sales Reviews: What Do Customers Say?

Secret Sales has thousands of customer reviews on Trustpilot. Positive comments include experiences with discounted branded products and delivery, while less favourable feedback includes problems with returns, incorrect items and customer-service responses.

As Secret Sales is a marketplace, different sellers may fulfil orders. A review of one purchase does not necessarily reflect every product or seller on the website.

For current feedback, see Secret Sales on Trustpilot.
