What Collection/Delivery Methods Are There for My Tickets?
When you order your tickets, they will be sent to you as soon as they are released. This will be a few weeks or a few days before the event. You can also pick up your tickets from a location at/near the event venue, and Viagogo will send you an email with the location before the event. You can also download your tickets if you opt for e-tickets, by clicking the link and printing them/saving them as a PDF.
Cancellation: Although you can’t cancel tickets if you change your mind, you can resell them via the “Sell” tab on the event page. They will then resell your tickets for free. For cancelled events, you can return them for a full refund, and for postponed events, the tickets will be valid for the new date. Buying online, means you are covered by their guarantee so if your tickets don’t arrive, you will get a full refund or replacement tickets for a new event.
