Stores and Stock
How Many Zavvi Stores in the UK?: At its peak in 2008 there were a total of 130 Zavvi stores on the high street across England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales. Now however Zavvi is an e-commerce store so they only sell Blu-Rays, merchandise and collectibles on their online website and don’t have any physical stores.
Are Zavvi and IWOOT the Same?: When it comes to what each online store sells, Zavvi specialises in Blu-Rays, merchandise and collectibles whereas IWOOT sells general gifts and gadgets so depending on what you are looking for, will depend on what store will be best for you. Zavvi and IWOOT are however both owned by The Hut Group with the likes of other e-commerce stores like Lookfantastic and MyProtein.
What Are Zavvi Steelbooks?: Zavvi sells a range of Blu-Rays that come in a collectible steel case and typically have unique cover art compared to the standard Blu-Ray version. Something they also stock are Zavvi exclusive steelbooks which are exclusive collectors designs that you won’t find anywhere else apart from on Zavvi. Titles include classics like Jaws and James Bond as well as brand new releases.
Are Zavvi Steelbooks Region Free?: All Blu-Ray discs are region coded to show you where in the world the discs can be played. Each Zavvi steelbook will specify in the description which region of Blu-Ray player they are compatible with. All the Blu-Rays on Zavvi will be compatible with UK players however if you are ordering from outside the UK, it is well worth checking that you will be able to watch your new steelbook. If it is region free then they can be played back on any Blu-Ray player, wherever they were purchased in the world. Region A covers North America, South America, U.S. Territories, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and other areas of Southeast Asia, Region B covers Europe, Africa, Middle East, Australia, and New Zealand and Region C covers Asia (except for Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and other areas of Southeast Asia).
Delivery and Returns
Are Zavvi Returns Free?: If you have ordered an item from Zavvi and you would like to return it, you absolutely can. Whether the item is faulty or you simply have changed your mind, all you need to do is contact the customer services team and let them know what you want to return and why. Make sure that your items are unopened and are in exactly the same condition as they were when they were delivered to you. Zavvi will refund the postage costs to return an item when the reason for return falls on them. For example if the wrong item was sent to you or it was damaged or faulty. If you are returning because you changed your mind, then you will need to cover the cost of delivery.
Who Do Zavvi Use for Delivery?: If your items are being delivered to a UK address, they will be sent through Royal Mail. For orders to the US, they will be sent via Airmail. If you have ordered some items that have particularly high value, recorded or special delivery may be used.
Making a Saving
What is Zavvi Outlet?: The Zavvi outlet is a section of the website where you can shop for games that are as little as £2-£3. Whether you are looking for Xbox, Playstation, Nintendo or PC games, in the outlet, you can stock up your collection and find something new and fun to play for less.

Extra Zavvi FAQs
When is Zavvi Live Chat Available?: If you head to the Zavvi help centre, you will find lots of ways to contact them including through social media, message, live chat or with the FAQ section. The live chat icon will show as unavailable when they are too busy to take any new queries and will be green when it is available to use. When it is available, you can enter your details and speak to a virtual advisor straight away and get your questions or problems resolved as quickly as possible.
How to Cancel Zavvi Order?: Once you have placed your order, you can still cancel it if it is still in the beginning stages of processing. Click on the flag and you can choose your reason for cancellation and it will be confirmed to you within an hour. Once your order has a ‘in warehouse’ or ‘dispatched’ status you unfortunately can’t cancel your order as the payment will have been taken for it.
